Step One: Reach Out

Step Two: Meet & Greets
Make sure it’s a fit during the no-pressure connection call by sharing more about your hopes and concerns, asking any questions you might have, and discussing what changes in your relationship means to you.
Step Three: First Session
Your first session is for you and your partner to get to know your therapist more, share about your story, and your day-to-day life together, and the concerns that brought you to us.
By the end of your first session, you should feel a a sense of being understood in what you want to work on, and confident knowing how we’ll get there together.
Step Four: Feedback
We encourage you to give us feedback along the way – what you like, what you don't, and what you want to be different, so we can truly tailor your relationship therapy to exactly what you need as a couple. Don't worry - not only can we take feedback, but we welcome it! We know it's a huge sign of your growth.

You're welcome to share as much as you feel comfortable - your therapist will meet you where you are and help shape a counselling plan that fits your needs, in-person or online.
