I’m Angela (she/her), a Registered Provisional Psychologist who supports individuals and couples facing a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, burnout, and major life transitions. I offer a welcoming and collaborative space where you can feel heard and work through what’s weighing on your mind.
My focus is on helping you make sense of your experiences, understand patterns that may no longer serve you, and work towards meaningful and lasting change. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional relief, or a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to walk with you as you take steps toward the life you want.
Each person’s journey is different, and I aim to meet you where you are with empathy, respect, and care. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to it, I’m here to support you as you take the next step toward growth and healing.
Outside of the therapy room, I like to stay active and get outside as much as possible. I have a deep love of cats, coffee, and chocolate. Throw in a Golden Girls marathon on TV and I'm in heaven!
