Certified Clinical Traumatologist
MSW, RSW

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain, you’re not alone. Life can feel heavy at times, and it can be hard to know where to turn—but therapy can be a space to pause, breathe, and begin to find your way forward.
Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship challenges, grief, or simply feeling stuck, I work alongside you to explore what’s weighing on you and uncover patterns that may no longer serve you. Together, we’ll gently connect the story of your life, identify repeating cycles, and build strategies that restore calm, clarity, and resilience. Through tools like grounding, self-compassion, and practical routines, you’ll gain a greater sense of balance and confidence in moving forward.
I also specialize in supporting first responders, drawing from my own experience in that world, as well as those who are neurodivergent (ADHD), ensuring therapy honours your unique perspectives and strengths. I provide a trauma-informed, client-centred approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs and pace.
Bilingual Support:
As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish, I’m committed to creating a safer space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Conmigo puedes sentirte cómodo expresándote en cualquiera de los dos idiomas. A veces, las palabras en inglés no son suficientes.
If you’re ready to explore your path toward healing and growth, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can take the first step toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with who you truly are.
Outside of my work, I find joy in exploring nature (minus the critters!) with my two pups, Chapo and Luna, baking, sewing, and simply slowing down to appreciate the little moments in life.
