Your journey starts with your choice of a phone or video consultation, to give you an opportunity to share more about your hopes and concerns with your therapist, have your questions answered, and discuss what change means to you.

We encourage you to share as much of your experience and expectations as you're comfortable with, and our therapists will meet you where you're at and match your stage of change. You'll finish with a clear picture of your tailored counselling journey either in-person or remotely.

The fit between counsellor and client is the most important part of success on your therapy journey. There's no risk to a consultation - if by the end of our call you decide you'd like a different therapeutic approach or if your therapist think you may be better matched with another therapist, even a trusted colleague outside of our practice, our priority is finding you the best possible fit.

Step One:
Book a consultation with one of our therapists by clicking here. If you have questions or want to connect first, reach out by filling out our contact form, emailing, or giving us a call.
Step Two:
Make sure it’s a fit during the no-pressure connection call by sharing more about your hopes and concerns, asking any questions you might have, and discussing what changes means to you.
Step Three:
If you’re ready to go forward, book a first session with your therapist. This session is for you to get to know each other a little more, share about your journey, and tell us more about your day-to-day life and the concerns that brought you to us. By the end of your first session we’ll have a shared understanding of your goals for therapy and you should feel confident knowing how we’ll get there together.
Step Four:
Give us feedback along the way – what you like, what you don’t, what you want to be different, so we can truly tailor your therapy to exactly what you need. Don’t worry, not only can we take feedback, we welcome it! We know it’s a huge sign of your growth.
Step Five:
