I'm Angela Dore, social worker and therapist in Calgary, Alberta

Welcome to my practice. I'm thrilled to introduce myself and share a bit about who I am. In my work, I bring a deep sense of compassion and care, striving to establish a nurturing and welcoming space for you to open up and feel safe.

As a queer woman with ADHD, I understand the complexities of identity and the challenges that come with executive dysfunction. I recognize the importance of feeling accepted and truly supported during the therapeutic journey. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the bedrock of meaningful change.

Together, we will embark on a journey to explore your strengths, identify your goals, and uncover any barriers that may have been holding you back. We'll delve into the ways your past influences your present, work on creating new, effective patterns, and prove that change is not just possible but achievable.
